

Then he tells us he isn’t a tech and that it’s too late to bother the techs with this! Even after his stupidity, it was still 50 minutes before closing. He talked over the top of us, wouldn’t listen. We both tried to explain the settings have been the same since I got the phone months ago as well as several years on my other iPhones. Says it’s my settings and a poor signal (I don’t have much in the mall) causing the battery usage. We assumed he was a tech, he grabbed my phone and started changing all my app settings, turning off my Bluetooth, etc. Steven interrupted him and said unlock the phone. He tried to explain the situation to him. Finally this «guy» (Steven, with a man bun) came up to my husband. My husband and I got through the mess of talking, laughing employees at the door and eventually got left at a table about 6 PM (an hour before closing). My iPhone 6 started getting extremely hot and not charging correctly on Friday (my 4 th iPhone and it nor any of the others have ever done this). (I had incredible service here about 18 months ago.) Anyway, this is my nearest Apple Store and it is 60 miles away from me. I hope it is a one time thing and that the level of service hasn’t declined to this but after reading other reviews/tips, it doesn’t seem likely. I am severely disappointed after my experience in this store today (this experience deserves negative stars).
